Nestled within the trees of Circleville, this wooded lot was transformed into a custom home that perfectly balances modern design and natural beauty. From the initial design phase to the final walkthrough, our team at Leo Homes worked closely with the homeowner to bring their vision to life — a space filled with light, warmth, and simplicity.
To achieve this, we designed an open floor plan anchored by floor-to-ceiling windows that capture every view of the surrounding woods. The Scandinavian-inspired architecture and minimalist detailing create a calm, elevated living experience that feels both refined and inviting.
