Builders typically give their customers blue tape and give them the task walking through the home and marking any issues they notice. That’s not what we do. We do a walk-through with you, just as we’re with you every step of the way.

From selecting land, to your first walk-through, our goal is to provide you with a worry-free experience and deliver you home without the concern there are still issues that need to be addressed.

We’ll take care of walk-throughs and punch lists to maintain it high standards with both out clients and contractors. We provide you with a customer web, and app-based portal so you can get updates of your building progress with pictures that show updates and progress.
