Mastering the Craft: A Builder’s Journey to Home Construction Excellence.

Leo’s foundation in building began early, growing up in a family business. His parents ran a small company focused on kitchen and bathroom remodeling. That’s where he first learned the trade—starting at the bottom, cleaning job sites, carrying tools, and working alongside experienced technicians. Over time, he saw how much quality craftsmanship matters to the people who trust a builder with their homes.

Together with his sister Mary, Leo continued the family business, carrying forward the tradition while building lasting relationships with homeowners. That experience reinforced a simple truth: success in construction comes down to honesty, doing the job right, and treating every customer like family.

After earning a Construction Management degree from The Ohio State University, Leo set out to bring those same values and principles into custom home building. His hands-on background gave him a deeper perspective, teaching him the importance of clear communication and personal involvement. That same approach defines Leo Homes today, ensuring clients feel confident, supported, and valued from start to finish.

Leo Homes is the next chapter of that journey. The mission is more than building houses—it’s about creating homes that are durable, efficient, and healthy. High-performance building makes that possible. By focusing on better design, stronger materials, and smarter systems, every home goes beyond minimum code. For homeowners, that means lower energy costs, a healthier place to live, and the peace of mind that their home is built to stand the test of time.

At its core, Leo Homes is built on the values passed down through family tradition: care in the details, pride in the work, and respect for the people we serve.
